We will create a weekly strength & conditioning program that will be executed by our trainers in-person or virtually. When you are traveling and would like to work with a trainer in-person, we will vet and hire trainers where you are in the world and they will execute the same program, created by Ngo, that you do at home. We design, schedule strength and conditioning 1-on-1 sessions, with a trainer, in-person or virtually, no matter where in the world you are.
2. Fitness Passions
We help schedule your fitness passions, such as skiing, tennis, golf, paddle boarding and more, to ensure that your strength and conditioning workouts do not clash with your fitness passions. This way you do not overdo one and neglect the other or overdo both and risk injury.
3. Recovery
Gone are the days when your shoulders or your back would hurt because you did not schedule a massage or feel burnt out because you have been ignoring your mental health. We manage the frequency and scheduling of recovery modalities, such as massage, stretching, meditation and breath work.
4. Nutrition
We ensure that no matter where you are in the world, your nutrition is never off track.
Vet and recommend chef or work with existing chef to create a weekly menu that will provide optimum nutrition.

5. Blood Work
We will acquire your bloodwork results, with your permission, and interpret the markers that directly impact your wellness.

6. Accountability Coaching
Accountability coaching helps you clarify your goals, gives you a path and a plan to achieve them, and provides the direction you need to succeed.
We will provide you with the tools, resources, and knowledge you daily check-ins with client’s team or directly with client.
